1. Scope
This policy applies to the SYRQON Build website, support communication and the SYRQON Build iPhone application. The product is currently in pre-release development.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, SYRQON Build may process project details, client information, company profile information, room scans, measurements, photographs, notes, material selections and quote data that you enter or create.
3. Device permissions
Camera, photo-library and room-scanning access are requested only when you choose a feature that requires them. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
4. Local-first storage
The initial version is designed around local device storage. SYRQON Build does not claim ownership of your project content. Cloud and team features, if introduced later, will receive separate and updated privacy information.
5. Website data
This marketing website does not currently create user accounts, accept payments or intentionally use advertising trackers. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
6. Sharing
SYRQON Build does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when required to provide a requested service, comply with law, protect users, or when you deliberately export and share a document.
7. Retention and deletion
Local project information remains under your control on your device. You can delete projects and rooms inside the application. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and maintain records.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
